We create the life that we live through the thoughts that we think. We determine the way we live by the way we engage with people and our environments. But if the thoughts and perceptions we are holding onto aren't helping us thrive, they're pulling us under.
Sometimes all we need is a little bit of an adjustment in our thinking, and in some cases, we need a complete overhaul.
Life Rafts is a compilation of daily ponderings designed to peel back the surface thoughts and actions revealing the driving forces underneath, in order to affect change.
These little life rafts are being shared in order to give you the strength to release the old so you're not being pulled under any longer. These life rafts are being offered in order that you will re-learn how to thrive and tread through the challenges of life without recreating the same shipwrecks again and again.
